How to fix “Unfortunately, the diagnosis has stopped”

 

Issue:

You receive “Unfortunately, the diagnosis has stopped” when you open FCAR Diagnosis app or start your tablet scanner:
 

Solution:

  1. Go Settings and Click Apps, and uninstall Diagnosis app.
  2. Open internet browser in your tablet, go to www.fcar.com. On the website, click on Tab: Download, and find “Diagnosis APK”, click download
  3. Once the APK download, run to install.
  4. Open Diagnosis app, and go update all necessary package or vehicle database.
  5. If the problem still occurs, check if your subscription is still valid, or call our support at 443-380-0088
