How to fix “Unfortunately, the diagnosis has stopped”
Issue:
You receive “Unfortunately, the diagnosis has stopped” when you open FCAR Diagnosis app or start your tablet scanner:
Solution:
- Go Settings and Click Apps, and uninstall Diagnosis app.
- Open internet browser in your tablet, go to www.fcar.com. On the website, click on Tab: Download, and find “Diagnosis APK”, click download
- Once the APK download, run to install.
- Open Diagnosis app, and go update all necessary package or vehicle database.
- If the problem still occurs, check if your subscription is still valid, or call our support at 443-380-0088
